Two weeks ago I asked the cost of a blow dry if I had washed my hair. The lady said 20 but then whenI arrived said 27.
I went ahead but I just realised the receipt says "shampoo" which I definitely didn't get. This was at Carrefour shopping centre near Riquier

Hello , yesterday I had a very bad experience with JLD lac 2 (Tunis). I took an appointment for highlights by phone since I live in a different state (Sousse) which is far 120km from Tunis .
When I got there , I had to wait for more than an hour for the hair stylist since she already had a customer . This was not the problem , but when I showed her what I wanted to do she said no I cant do that , I can only do « sunlight » which is a different type of hair coloring that I did not wish nor did I ask for . I kept telling her thats not what I asked for and that I precised what I wanted when getting the appointment but she couldnt find a solution and did not propose another hair dresser that could do it .
I was very dissapointed with such a famous hair salon and had to go back home with the same hair colour I came with . Such a disappointment for such a supposedly famous hair salon .
I hope that you take this message seriously and take action . Thank you in advance
